This is a pull up challenge. It's pretty simple but highly effective! You are performing max sets of pull ups, the goal here is to get to a total of 20 combined pull ups over all the combined sets. This could be one set of 20, 20 sets of one and/or anything in between. Too easy? Weighted pull ups are a killer workout that I use almost every week. Too difficult? Loop a band around the bar and give yourself some assistance! I am a huge believer in the humble pull up, and once you can knock out this challenge with ease you will be too!!!
